BlueChip Baseball – is a high school club baseball organization based in Utah that's laser-focused on one thing: developing players who are ready to compete at the next level. We don't just field teams. We help build college prospects.
BlueChip has a multifaceted approach to recruiting. Relationships are a critical part of the recruiting process. We work hard to make new and keep these relationships with college coaches, tournament directors and other key players. Player data is an important part of the recruiting process. Data is kept, updated and shared with college coaches. Personal Responsibility is the most critical part of the recruiting process. BlueChip will teach players the skills necessary to be recruited.
Every summer and fall, we run a complete developmental program designed from the ground up for college success. Our players train with a science-backed strength and conditioning app through J12 Wellness. They get monthly Zoom coaching sessions, private and small-group lessons from pros like Justin Kelly (current Professional pitcher and former University of Utah standout), instruction from our College Placement Advisor, Jeff Scholzen, and they compete in high-quality events that put them directly in front of college scouts – including Prep Baseball Report showcases where they walk away with TrackMan, BLAST Motion, and video data you can trust. Most importantly, we teach players to build real relationships with pro and college guests who speak to them, with coaches who push them, and with a staff that treats every player like a future college contributor.
We keep costs low so the focus stays on development and exposure, not fundraising. Our unique partnership with Marucci gets BlueChip players discounted gear through our team store.
